It feels like I’ve covered just about everything, from beauty to health to travel for publications like The Cut, Allure, Healthline, BuzzFeed, MindBodyGreen and so many more.

Some of standout pieces include a deep dive into healing trauma through stretching for Allure, a Rome wellness guide for MindBodyGreen and all the different essays I’ve written on what it’s like living at-risk for Huntington’s Disease. This includes a 2019 print piece in Women’s Health.

I’ve also dabbled in the theater world, writing and producing the play, Codependent.

Reviewed as a “crowd-pleaser” filled with “whip-smart dialogue,” the production won Best Comedy at the 2019 Capital Fringe Festival in Washington, D.C. and ran for three sold-out nights in NYC.
